Wavy Hoop Earrings
Made from recycled sterling silver wire.
Each earring is individually made by hand. The earrings are approximately 0.8 cm wide and have a 2cm diameter but this will vary because of the hand making process.
Packaged in reusable boxes made from recycled materials.
The Wavy Hoop earrings have a very simple but striking design, that has been carefully shaped by hand from silver wire. They are lightweight and perfect for everyday wear. As the earrings are handmade, every earring has a slightly unique shape and pattern.
After creating my Wavy Ring, I wanted to develop this design further. I enjoyed the challenge of turning my design into a pair of hoop earrings. The earrings have approximately a 10mm gap so can appear as if the earring is a full hoop. The earrings make use of negative space to highlight the bold silver waves. The soft, flowing design contrasts with the hard and sturdy nature of the metal.
